Instant Feedback System collects feedback from the end-users / occupants to improve and optimize facility experience. Instant feedback is significant to maintain or improve the quality of services in the facility, it includes user-definable feedback templates & display types like emoticons, stars, slider etc., that allows the facility occupants to record their feedback instantly. Helpdesk calls can be raised against feedback registered through Web, Mobile and KIOSK devices.
